Yes. The winning segment is chosen with a cryptographically suitable pseudo-random pick before the animation starts, and the wheel smoothly lands on it.

How many names can I add?

There is no hard limit, but for readability, very long lists will show smaller text on the wheel. Hundreds of names still work.

What does raffle mode do?

Raffle mode removes each winner from the wheel after a spin, so the same person cannot be picked twice. This is ideal for giveaways and classroom picks.
